Después de graduarse en la Universidad de Idiomas de Azerbaiyán, el autor hizo su primera maestría en la Universidad de Niza Sophia Antipolis en Francia. Recientemente se graduó del master en Relaciones Internacionales Avanzadas y Estudios Europeos en Alemania. Actualmente trabaja como Oficial del Departamento Internacional en la Escuela Británica de Bakú.
