There is no enough theoretical and scientific research about the Caucasian and the Central Asian countries, therefore, I addressed this topic and I will take into consideration Azerbaijan as a case study. Moreover, in the fifth Chapter I am going to point out Turkmenistan s role in the integration process of the Central Asia.

Rovshan Rahimli was born on Novermebr 11,1979 in Lenkoran region of Azerbaijan. In 1998 spring graduated from Lenkaran Turkish Lyceum, 1998 to 2002 have studied Bachelor of Arts, at The Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in faculty of Public Administration.
