Tucumã has great potential that can be exploited in family production models, to generate employment and income, as well as many nutritious products that can be obtained from the pulp and oil. The aim of this book is to present the influence of temperature on the storage of tucumã and the physico-chemical characterisation of the fruit and the oils extracted from the pulp and the larva (Speciomerus Ruficornis Germar).
