Over the centuries, the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations have nurtured an inherent relationship with their waters and waterways. Whether in their Southeastern Homelands, or in Indian Territory following their Removal, both nations have proven themselves to be diligent stewards and defenders of water and water quality.
