Born in Kashmir, India, Anil Dhar is an information technology professional whose main interest has always been in history, culture, world events and conflicts, current affairs and travelling. Oksana is his first novel, and writing it was quite an experience. He is a naturalised citizen of Australia and lives in Sydney.
