John R. Gold is Honorary Senior Research Fellow at University College London and Professor Emeritus at Oxford Brookes University. Margaret M. Gold is Senior Lecturer in Creative Industries at London Metropolitan University, and Associate Lecturer at Goldsmiths, University of London.
