Dr. Lance B. Eliot, MBA, PhD, is a renowned thought leader, corporate executive, and entrepreneur. With over 20+ years of industry experience, he combines the rigors of business experience with the innovative thinking from his years as a professor at the University of Southern California (USC) and the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA). He is an expert on business leadership and had Warren Bennis, considered the founding dean of business leadership, as his doctoral adviser when completing his PhD. As a management consultant, Dr. Eliot has participated first-hand in numerous business pivots, ranging from fledgling start-ups to mid-sized and billion dollar firms. In addition to his own insights, he also includes in his latest book the numerous discussions with many of the most revered and top recognized founders and CEO's. Formerly the host of a radio show on business trends, he is the author of five books, over 300 articles and bylines, and has appeared on CNN.
