Lt Col (Rev) Gicks S. Moyane is an Ordained Minister of Religion in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church in S.A since 1986. He is also serving as the Provincial Head of the Spiritual Services at the South African Police Service (SAPS) Head Quarters in the Gauteng Province. He has assumed various roles of leadership in the church and in the SAPS.
