Over the last few decades, pressure vessels applications have been increased simultaneously with advanced production technology methods alongside development of various composite and homogeneous materials. This book, therefore provides a review including parametric design investigation of composite and homogeneous cylindrical pressure vessels. Moreover, it also includes examination of body forces effect on FGM and non-FGM pressure vessels for plastic-elastic states. This text book should assist engineers and researchers who specialize in composite materials, especially in the context of pressure vessels. However, the book is based on two main studies that have been published previously in the WSEAS Transactions on Applied and Theoretical Mechanics Journal and during the Proceedings of the 54th Israel Annual Conference on Aerospace Sciences.
