The Authors: Malgorzata Bartula began working at the Theater an der Ruhr in 1994, initially as assistant in the drama department and as head of theatre in education. In 1997 she founded the Youth Theatre, which she directed until the end of the 1999/2002 season. She then became assistant director to Roberto Ciulli. Since 2001 she has been working freelance.
Stefan Schroer spent a period as trainee director at the Theater an der Ruhr during the 1996/1997 season. He now works as a freelance literary manager in Düsseldorf and Duisburg.
