This publication is devoted to the political aspects of inter-state relations of the Republic of Tajikistan during the formative period of its foreign policy. The complexity of the formation of the foreign policy of the state, which gained independence in September 1991, consisted in the fact that this process began - one might say - practically from scratch. Tajikistan did not actually have a full-fledged tradition of foreign policy during the Soviet period. However, after just one decade, the state of Tajikistan has not only conceptually defined its foreign policy goals, objectives and priorities in a post-bipolar globalized world, but has taken an avant-garde position in addressing one of the major global problems of our time - the problem of providing the world population with fresh drinking water. This book is addressed not only to scientific and pedagogical circles, students and masters, but also to all those who are interested in the foreign policy of sovereign independentTajikistan.
