Every parent wants their children to be as whole as possible, to have a happy life, and to truly know their own worth. But sometimes without realizing it, parents do things that stifle the inner growth of their children, which can have a lasting effect on how the children view themselves, others, and their relationships. The difficulties many parents experience are often a result of unhealed wounds that, for whatever reason, they don't address. This creates a continuation that perpetuates and cycles down through the generations. This informative and positive book helps identify some of the common stifling behaviors parents might have. Quinn uses experiences from her own life to shed light on challenges that could prevent children from growing into their own worth. Her effective strategies and powerful tools will evoke renewed hope in parents, and a feeling of "Yes, I can do this!"
