Michael Lodewyks (MEd) has spent over thirty years competing in numerous sports, over twenty-five years coaching volleyball and tennis, and numerous years teaching sports-related courses at the university level. More recently, he has developed his mind through meditation, learning to harness its power, and teaching others to do the same. Michael lives in Vancouver, Canada with his partner of twelve years, Angella Griffith, and their dog Rudy. On the Ball is his first book.
