Autorenporträt
CAROL DONALDSON is a writer and conservationist. Originally from Essex, she left Britain at nineteen and lived in a trailer while she helped to build houses for Native Americans in Canada. Since 1996 she has worked in wildlife conservation; on the Thames Chase Community Forest, as assistant warden for College Lake reserve near Tring, and running practical conservation volunteer groups to improve Kent's rivers. She lives near the Medway River in Kent, from where she writes and freelances as an environmental consultant.
