Cary Lowe, Ph.D., is the author of the award-winning memoir Becoming American, the story of his growing up in post-war Europe with parents who were Holocaust survivors, immigrating to the United States, and becoming deeply engaged in law, politics, and academia. He has published eighty non-fiction pieces, appearing in the Los Angeles Times and other major newspapers and taught at several universities.
