In the present text, the author is animated by the desire to put forward analysis on Utilitarianism, one of the most determinant philosophical theories of human history. The author is the inventor of a new branch of Utilitarian thought, Responsible Utilitarianism. One of the aims of the present text is to underline the strengths of Responsible Utilitarianism and compare Responsible Utilitarianism to classical Utilitarianism. In addition, the author will show to the readers the variety of inconsistencies characterizing the theory of International Legal Human Rights, a theory which, in virtue of its inherent contradictions, deserves its extinction.
