Autorenporträt
Susan Duxbury wuchs in Baldon/England auf. Sie absolvierte die Salt Grammar School in West Yorkshire. Sie erhielt ein Diplom in Hotelmanagement, bevor sie 1967 mit ihrer Familie nach Neuseeland auswanderte. Kurz darauf starb ihr Vater und die Mutter kehrte nach England zurück. Susan Duxbury ging für einige Jahre nach Australien, heiratete und zog später mit ihren deutschen Ehemann an die deutsch-dänische Grenze. Sie arbeitet heute als Englischlehrerin und Autorin.
