Autorenporträt
Mary Hilton Charlton was born in Arkansas and received her undergraduate education at Hendrix College and the University of Arkansas. After being graduated from the University of Arkansas in 1964, she and her family lived in various regions of the United States before settling in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in the early 1980s. Now retired, she enjoys the gentle ambiance of the Ozarks area and the companionship of herwriting group. She lives with her husband, James Sawyer, and her demanding dog, Olivia.
