Jessica Paholsky is a dynamic and experienced marketing and communications professional. Her career in digital storytelling began at Penn State University, where she earned two bachelor's degrees in visual communications and fine art photography, along with two minors in international arts and international studies. She also graduated with honors in both photojournalism and Italian through the Schreyer Honors College. Jessica was named the Penn State College of Communications Student Marshal and received several prestigious awards, including the Reuben and Gladys Golumbic Scholarship, the W. LaMarr Kopp International Achievement Award, the Randy and Maria Yanoshak Technology in Media Award, and the Scripps Howard Foundation Internship Grant during her academic career. Throughout college and early in her professional career, she explored the cultures of 14 countries across three continents. Once Upon a Pesto showcases Jessica’s expertise in storytelling, travel, culture, and food, blending her academic and professional experiences into an insightful global food journey.
