Susan Van Hoosen was forced to reevaluate her life's purpose after the sudden death of her husband. Trading in her "suits for sneakers" as part of her self-prescribed grief therapy, she was inspired by fitness to leave the corporate grind after 20 years to form Inspired By Fitness, LLC to serve others through health and wellness. Through her "one bite at a time" approach, her mission is to help people live their best, healthiest, happiest, most inspired lives. Susan is an ACE certified health coach and fitness trainer, RYT 200 Yoga Teacher & Life Coach. She lives with her family in Fishers, Indiana.
