Hats Off to Fran In One Hundred and Five Years Young, Cora Hoberman reflects on the vivacious life of her mother Fran, a woman of many hats, literally. Beneath trendy headpieces, we meet the young Russian-Jewish immigrant who rose to the status of a New York City "neighborhood legend." This modern NYC woman inspired the local community with a century of joie de vivre, crowned with her signature fashion sense. Painted in a daughter's words, this is her legacy.
