Daniel Apke is an American serial entrepreneur, real estate and land investor, e-commerce marketing professional, educator, and podcast host. He is the CEO and Co-Founder of Apke Land and Land Investing Online. Apke graduated from Ohio University with a B.A. in Business Management: Strategic Leadership and Management. Daniel bought his first rental property in 2017 and has added many more properties to his rental portfolio since then. In 2020, Daniel and his brother, Ron Apke, established Apke Land, a fi rm that specializes in buying and selling vacant land across several states in the United States. Daniel currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company. One year later, Daniel co-founded Land Investing Online, an educational platform that aims at educating people on how to start and run a profitable Land flipping business. Along with his brother Ron, Daniel also hosts a podcast named "The Real Estate Investing Podcast." He also owns a drop-shipping, a blog, and a YouTube channel, where he shares his knowledge, experience, opinions, and information about online businesses, investment, and real estate topics. He has been featured in several leading publications and magazines including Yahoo Finance, Seeking Alpha, The Wall Street Journal, Finanzen.net, Morning Star, and Benzinga.
