Debbie Oelke was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis at the age of twenty-five but did not experience any disability for the next eighteen years. She now encounters life in a wheelchair. Having experienced rapid disease progression, she has learned to cling tightly to the Lord for sustenance. Debbie thoroughly enjoys small-town life in Kansas with her husband and three children.
