He's the MD/CEO of Uplift11 Sports - one of the UK's fastest growing sports management agencies and Maigmike Consulting, an IT service management and consulting firm for the modern age. He has over 18 years' experience working within the IT domain, having worked for some of the world's biggest financial institutions, biopharma giants and consulting firms including HSBC, Barclays, Bank of Ireland, Santander, Lloyds Banking Group, AstraZeneca, Capgemini, and WIPRO Technologies amongst others. He's a member of the prestigious Forbes Business Council - the foremost growth and networking organization for business owners. His articles have been published on Forbes as an influencer with Forbes Business Council and has also contributed to several articles with Forbes Panel Experts. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from University of Jos, Nigeria and holds an MBA from the Manchester Metropolitan University Business School, UK with a specialisation in strategy, entrepreneurship, and international business. Michael is married to Sarah Ede - a British-Nigerian Principal Business Analyst and the CEO of Brighter Connect, UK and together they have 2 children - a daughter; Anne Elizabeth and Son; Jason Asher-Michael.
