Autorenporträt
Author C. K. Swart loves to be creative and knows the benefits of a good daydream! She often uses daydreaming to create characters and ideas for new stories, finding it a very effective way to plan and organize her thoughts. Swart's writing began at an early age, and she created the title of this book when she was only around eight years old. This inspired her to create a new story under this title, highlighting the current issues that bees are facing and encouraging readers to take action to save these little creatures. Raising awareness of important issues through One to Two Bees and a Farmer is something that Swart has done really well, and hopefully many young readers will be inspired by her work. Her aim is to write many more books for children in the future and reach as many audiences as possible.
