Keeping in view, the present investigation entitled "Effect of sulphur and boron on growth and yield of onion (Allium cepa L.)" was conducted during Rabi season of 2017-18 at the horticulture nursery, College of Agriculture, Gwalior with the following objectives:1. To assess the influence of sulphur and boron on morphological and post-harvest parameters of onion;2. To find out the combined effect of sulphur and boron on growth and yield of onion;3. To find out the optimum dose of sulphur and boron formaximizing the bulb yield of onion and4. To work out the economics of different treatments.

Dr. Priyanka Gurjar is a Lecturer in College of Agriculture, Sehore, MP, India. She completed her Graduation in Agriculture, Post Graduation and Ph.D. in Vegetable Science. Many research papers, articles, book chapters, training manuals and authored books have been published. She received many awards for her remarkable work in Teaching/ Research.
