Dr. Bulent Gursel Emiroglu graduated from Computer Education & Instructional Technology Department,Middle East Technical University,Turkey.Since 2002,working as Instructor,research areas include Instructional Technologies,e-learning,Web Technologies,Education of Visually Disabled,Computer Networks, HCI & Usability. He published many national&international papers.
