In some countries, people wonder why elections are organized even though they generate more problems and conflicts than solutions. In most institutions, voters are demotivated to vote because of the irregularities that characterize them. More people do not trust the results announced by different electoral commissions worldwide and assume that the results are known in advance. The electoral problem is not only at the level of countries, but also at the level of companies, public and private organizations. It is therefore a crucial problem that requires a deep and thorough reflection in order to try to bring solutions. It is in this context that we thought of implementing an online election program that will allow to organize elections through the new technology of computer and communication.
