This book is a product of a study conducted in setting of HCMC Open University, Vietnam. It chiefly focuses on individual factors that make online English learners away from greater success. Starting with this book, various barriers of online training are generated (including learning motivations, conflicting priorities, academic confidence, technological confidence, learners' conditions and status, learning styles, learning commitments and competence, knowledge management, and so on). Also, numerous perceptions of learners in online language training in previous studies are presented. It also explains why learners need to have sufficient capacity, great determination, and autonomy if they want to attain further achievements in their online learning process. Finally, the book displays some limitations encountered by online English learners and this keeps them away from greater success in online learning courses.
