Therefore, the semantic Web provides a common framework c alled " Ontology" that allows to organize, share and the reuse of data across the web applications. Ontology is considered to be the semantics building technique. Generate Ontologies using courses' syllabus help for covering the whole topic' s content in test construction. Ontologies organize the course content in some major topics. The proposed system provide a scientific method to form exams according to the course curriculum. And adaptively select questions to evaluate student knowledge taking into account their ability level.
