With the OPEN way, Ihsane Haouach offers a new perspective on D&I based on her experience in change management and societal challenges. Alongside the international projects targeting an efficient and effective organization, she founded several non-profit initiatives aimed at promoting equality, including Brussels' cultural & educational center, L'Épicerie.
