Sillimanite is mostly available in beach sands along with various associated minerals leading to its complexity in separation process. Traditionally Sillimanite is being separated by Flotation operations at wet stage. The results obtained in the work proven profitable at plant level operations. P.B.Manjeera completed B.Tech (2009)& M.Tech (2012 -regular course for locally employed) in Chemical Engineering from AUCE, Andhra University with distinction. She is working in Trimex Sands Pvt. Ltd, since 2009 to till date, reporting to The Director, TSPL. She has several publications in International Journals & Recognized National Presentations.
