BARNES CARR has been a newspaper and wire service reporter and editor in Mississippi, New York, Boston, Montreal, Memphis, New Orleans, and Washington, DC, covering some of the biggest stories of our time, from the capture of the Boston Strangler to the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
