Options to consider collective action for the farmer as a strategy toward reaching strong production and the higher market is discussed, which would facilitate farmer to meet the demand of the Institutional consumer by importing young live goats and fattening them, before selling to the retailer or direct to Institutional consumer in order to produce quality meat.

ABRAHMAN SULEIMAN ISSA has served in the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources, Livestock and Fisheries in the Department of Kizimbani Agricultural Training Institute as an Instructor of Pasture and Animal nutrition for 5 years.
