Rajpal Singh was born in 1982 in Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), India. He received a B.Sc. in 2001 and a M.Sc. Physics in 2003 from MDS University, Ajmer, India and a PhD in Physics in 2019 from the MGS University, Bikaner. He is currently working as an Associate Professor of Physics at M.S. Govt. Girls college, Bikaner.
