David De Leon Escobedo is Professor at UAEM, Mexico. He is Associate editor of the Structure and Infrastructure Engineering Journal and author of more than 30 papers on this topic Alfredo H-S Ang (https://grainger.illinois.edu/alumni/distinguished/9284) is Emeritus professor at the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign and University of California, Irvine. He is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, and author of several books and more than 300 technical papers in this field. He is the recipient of many professional awards in the field. Wenliang Fan is a professor at Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, and author of 15 research works on the topic.
