Conveyor systems permit powerful and fast transportation of an enormous variety of materials. It makes them terribly celebrated within the material handling and packaging industries. Many types of conveyance systems are an obtainable and square measure used as per the varied needs of various industries. The main objective of this study is to optimally investigate the stress and deformation of the existing conveyor shaft. It involves modeling of the shaft, conveyor shaft optimization based on orientation and material. In this dissertation, the industry is using old types of conveyor systems with heavyweights. The purpose of this work is to optimize and reduce material and labor costs. This study provides an analysis and optimization of conveyor shaft mistreatment. The outcome of this work could be an important platform for optimizing shafts with the help of finite component analysis and testing of the conveyor structure.
