The importance of the information has rapidly increased in the past ten years. At the same time, personal handheld devices are significantly raised around the world. Based on the fast growing market, it is not only expanded dramatically in the demand of higher speed for handheld telecommunication product, but also the development cycle of the Product is compressed. Normative economic decision analysis involves determining the action that best achieves a desired goal or objective. It means finding the action that optimizes (that is, maximizes or minimizes) the value of an objective function or design. There are many techniques for solving optimization problem but Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) technique fulfills the requirement for any product design. The main aim of the thesis is optimization PSO and develops a new modified PSO (Expedite Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm (EPSO)) in order to satisfy the situation of huge demand, compressed development cycle and low cost forproduct design.
