Industrial maintenance is becoming increasingly important and is one of the key functions of the modern production company.Our work is devoted to the theoretical and practical study of the reliability of the rolling stock at the level of the transport company "E.T.U.S.T", in this case the industrial reliability based on advanced reliability methods.In our project we used the advanced reliability laws and analysis methods (PARETO and ABC) which are known in reliability, and in particular the "Weibull" law. We have defined graphical and analytical methods to determine the reliability parameters, which are used for the evaluation of the degradation rate of the equipment of the park and to determine the type of maintenance to be applied.Finally, we validated our study by a practical application, by choosing the sensitive organs of the strategic equipment in the company. This study allowed us to improve the results in accordance with the practical reality at the company level by usingan advanced calculation code.
