Mark V. Scardina (Redwood Shores, CA) is Oracle's XML Evangelist for Server Products and is the Group Product Manager for the CORE and XML Development Group, tasked with providing the XML infrastructure components used throughout the Oracle product stack including the XML Developer's Kit.
