Dr. El-Outa received his dental degree form the Lebanese University and pursued postgraduate studies in dental clinical management. He maintains a private practice in Beirut, Lebanon, with special interest in oral medicine and has many publications in this field. He is a member of oral medicine societies and a referee in several medical journals.
