The authors, Scott and Sandy Blackman, have lived their entire lives along the Oregon coast. Scott, a founding member of the Agate Beach Surf Club, has been photographing the evolving surfing culture for 50 years. Sandy is a successful writer and storyteller. From the pioneer surfing days to the present, this book looks historically at surfing along the central Oregon coast.
