This report presents the organisation and management of the activities of the engineering department of the company SCR. Indeed, due to the absence of a technical manager for the management of its different activities, namely: electricity, renewable energies, and maintenance training, SCR encountered the following problems Lack of working tools for building and industrial electricity work; Lack of a database to assist in the marketing of electrical and solar equipment; The company did not represent any brand name in the field of electricity, solar photovoltaic and CMMS and CAPM software; No technical documentation or files were in place; In order to overcome these multiple problems, we began by creating a database on Access containing a list of electrical equipment with their prices as well as the different suppliers.
