This research focuses on measuring the impact of organisational innovations introduced at CADECO Kwilu Ngongo on its overall performance. The implementation of organisational innovations at CADECO had a positive impact on sales/production volume (86%) and on service quality (76%). For social performance, the greatest gain was observed for horizontal communication (93%), close to the 95% confidence level, and we observed the following results for the other indicators: 71% for morale/climate in the company and development of skills, 79% for vertical communication and finally 86% for the degree of cooperation between departments and autonomy. The implementation of organisational innovations at CADECO Kwilu Ngongo has a positive impact on social performance.
