As part of this research, it was appropriate to make an argument about one of the international security issues. We set out to address the issue of the perception of criminal threats in the international arena. Among these threats, our attention focused mainly on the security of states in Africa against organized crime. Criminal activities include trafficking in drugs, weapons, wildlife, international cybercrime, trafficking in human organs, trafficking in cultural property, cybercrime, illegal immigration, etc. However, this crime causes great security and stress to state actors.
