College is an open organization that in carrying out the process of its activities, and involves and influenced by many elements, both elements inside and outside elements. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Organization Culture, Job Satisfaction, Achievement on Performance and Organization Commitment on Lecturers Performance at Private schools of Economics in Jakarta Province Region. The research design used in this study is descriptive design which explains the causal relationship among variables and to descript the variables. The research location is in Jakarta Province while the research objects are 35 private schools of economics (STIE) with 202 permanent lecturers. The tools of analysis of the research are descriptive statistics using SPSS and hypothesis testing by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Lisrel. This book is aimed at anyone who wants to know how the relationship between Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction, Performance Performanceand Organizational Commitment to Lecturer Performance in High School Economics especially in DKI Jakarta Province, Indonesia.
