Dr. Mee-Yan Cheung-Judge was the founder of Quality & Equality Ltd and the author of many organisational development articles. She spoke, wrote and delivered most of the OD training programmes in the UK and was voted one of the 25 most influential thinkers in HR by HR Magazine in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019.
