Research on intelligence as a fascinating and wonderful concept, in addition to perceptual and individual psychology has been considered in many other fields. One of the disciplines that deals with this issue and is of interest to processors is the literature related to organizational development and management. Despite much attention, this concept is still obscure in the knowledge of organizational development. The lack of a single theory of intelligence confirms the ambiguity of this concept due to the numerous and fragmented views and ideas of researchers in this field of study. Intelligence is a set of cognitive abilities that allow us to become aware of the world around us and learn to solve problems. In other words, intelligence is a cognitive capacity that enables the acquisition of knowledge, learning, and how to solve problems.
