Mahdi Emampour was born in Anzali, Iran, 1974. He graduated with a Master degree in Urban Design at Guilan International University. Currently he is working as Head of Guilan Branch, Atec Consultants(Architects,Planners). Significant projects he involved include: Comprehensive Plan of Anzali Seaport and Organization of Khezerabad Reparian Parks.
