The present book is structured on 4th chapters. The 1st chapter based on these assessments, describes the current management as a coherent set of knowledge and skills about the processes and management relationships through which organizational stability is achieved in a dynamic and changing environment. In the 2nd chapter the researches carried out the fact that motivation can be projective, when the reasons that will underline one's own behavior and interpersonal relationships are assumed in advance, constituting the basis of conscious control of the transition from the present to the future. The 3rd chapter highlight the fact that managers have in different proportions the attitudes, skills and knowledge necessary to perform the functions of management or to fulfill their specific roles at hierarchical levels. In the 4th chapter the authors approach management field, individual career planning, integration of organizational needs with individual career plans and career development. In conclusion it is highlighted that human resources are the most important resources, among financial and informational resources that management use to increase the company s productivity.
